►Exchange Policy:
- All goods are only exchangeable in the following circumstances.
- The colour of the items we delivered is not the colour you have ordered
- The size of the items we delivered is not the size you have ordered.
- All exchanges will be made within 5 working days and under the discretion of JustVim management.
- All goods sent back for exchange will be the customer’s responsibility. JustVim management will not be responsible for any loss of goods when sent back for exchange by the customer.
- JustVim management will not be responsible in cases of slight colour differences due to photo-taking being subjected to different lightings or within 1 inch difference in measurement. In such instances, no exchange will be allowed.
- JustVim management will not be responsible for any damage caused from your daily washings.
►Refund Policy
All goods sold are non-refundable. A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
- The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
- Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.
Once an order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.
