How do I know if my order has been submitted?

Upon submission of your order/s, you will receive an Order Confirmation No. email within 24 hours notifying you about the product and the amount you need to pay hence it is important to enter a valid email address.

When can I receive my instock items once I have placed my order?

Items will be sent out within 48hrs upon receiving your full payment. You can usually receive your item/s within 2-3 working days from each postage day. Registered article is a service provided by the Singapore Post (Singpost) which allows your package to be traceable with a fee of SGD $2.50. We strongly recommend this option as this will significantly reduce the risk of lost items while delivering.
